ACTS, and Mission was found in 1974 and opened its first session on Research Programs with six overseas students in Seoul Campus.

In the following year 1975 ACTS begun degree programs of M.Th. and M.A. in cooperation with the leading sminaries in Korea.

ACTS then developed Missionary Training Course for Asian Church Leaders before the ATA, Asia Theological Association's accreditation programs of M.A., M.Div., and M.Th. in 1979.

This ACTS/ATA programs for the "3rd World Church Leaders" with providing the full-scholarships supported by the Korean local churches grown rapidly through out Asia and Africa as well as other parts of the World has produced more than 300 graduates of more than 40 different countries by the year 2004.
